i am looking for some cool gemstones, which do you recommend ?

i already have a Pariba tourmaline ( sorry if i spelled it wrong ) ring and an alexandrite ring , so i am looking for something else along those lines. i am looking for eye catching conversation starters , a bit out ofthe norm cheers!!!

Hello...

I would say, it all depends on a few factors:
- Price
- Rarity
- Personal Taste
- Investment Purposes

Gemstones are a very unique world as there are so many out there that many people have not heard of and can be much rarer than the mainstream precious gemstones or diamonds.

A few personal recommendations I would make are:

- Tanzanite: not the light pale material, but dark rich blue/ violet with prominent red flash. Try to invest in 3ct sizes or larger for this aspect

- Mandarin Garnet: The Bright orange variety of Spessartite Garnet. Clean stones are prized and a bit rarer. Larger specimens can be big money, but up to 4ct sizes are perfect for rings

- Tsavorite: The Beautiful "Kelly Green: variety of Grossular Garnet. Considered Precious Garnet, Tsavorites are durable and are beautiful as well. 2ct sizes and larger can be expensize though

- Padparascha Sapphire: Rich "orangy-pink", or Lotus Blossom Color. This RARE variety of Sapphire can be unsurpassed in richness. A definite head-turner but be aware, a pricy gemstone.

-Benitoite: California State Gemstone. But Extremely Rare. A beautiful watery blue. It is hard to describe, but looks like starting into the depths of a mineral spring. Rare to find in sizes over a carat and very few dealers that have access to it.

I could go on and on and on. There are many beautiful and exotic gemstones out there. Feel free to contact me and I could give you other options as well.

Hope this helps...
